  • What is the return policy?

    All items are custom-made to your order. If you wish to return your item, we offer store credit for a future purchase. Please check out our return policy for more information.

  • What are the shipping options?

    We offer First-Class shipping through USPS and FedEx. Expedited shipping is not offered at this time. International shipments use different carriers depending on the country. For more information, please read our shipping policy.

  • When will I receive my order?

    Processing times are listed below:

    Coffee Mugs - 3-5 business days to process and ship

    Art Prints - 5-7 business days to process and ship

    Framed Canvas - 11-14 business days to process and ship

    Books - 1-2 business days to ship

    Items are delivered 1-5 business days after your order ships. Estimated arrival dates don't apply to deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, rural areas, U.S. territories, APO, FPO and international addresses.

  • Is my order lost in the mail?

    For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Please contact us to let us know if your order has not arrived by its expected delivery date. We will ship out a replacement order free of charge. If the tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order.

  • How do I report a problem with my order?

    If you have a problem with an order you received, please include a photo of the item with its packaging to info@angelastaehling.com

  • How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?

    Please contact us immediately if you placed an order and wish to change or cancel it. We process your orders quickly. Once your order is in production, we cannot cancel your order. You can return your order and will receive store credit.

  • What size frames do you suggest for your prints?

    Unframed prints will fit in standard mat openings. Suggested frame sizes: 11 x 14˝, 20 x 24˝, 24 x 36˝

  • Do you offer different mug sizes?

    Currently, the only coffee mug sizes we offer are listed in each mug's description.

  • Can I get a print in a different size?

    Please contact us to let us know which print size you are interested in. We can create custom prints depending on the size.

  • Can I request a city painting?

    I do continue to update my list of city and National Park paintings. However, I am not taking requests at this time for specific locations. For business or art licensing requests, please contact me.

  • Do you do pet portraits?

    I accept many types of commissioned work. Please contact me with your inquiry and we can discuss your project to see if it's a fit. Minimums start at $350.

  • Do you design logos?

    Yes, I design logos. Please contact me and provide any information and/or questions you might have. Minimums start at $750.

  • Do you design website graphics?

    I can design any type of artwork (logos, banners, stand alone illustrations, etc.) for your website. Contact me and we'll discuss your goals.

  • Do you create packaging design?

    Yes, I create packaging design, along with any other type of branded artwork. Please contact me to discuss your project.

  • Do you design marketing materials?

    I design any type of marketing materials for your business, event, or personal use—anything from product design, to digital art, to original artwork. Please contact me to discuss your project.

  • Do you create art for special events?

    Yes, I create artwork for any type of event—weddings, business functions, retail collaborations, and much more. Please contact me to discuss your project.

  • Do you do art licensing?

    Yes, I collaborate with select companies to license my artwork on their products. Exclusions apply based on image and product category. Please contact me to discuss your licensing needs.
